Fees & Rebates

Please contact us for details on assessment costs, as they vary with case complexity. Initial consultations help determine the best assessment plan and there is no obligation to continue beyond the first appointment. You only need to pay for the initial appointment on the day. 

 

At Inner Pathways, we understand that unexpected issues and emergencies can arise. We don't impose harsh cancellation fees, but we ask that you notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule in fairness of other people who are placed on a waiting list. 

Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

48 Hours Notice: No cancellation fee.
Less than 24 Hours Notice: $50 fee added to your next invoice.
Same Day No-Show: 50% of the service fee.

Important: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice and we can rebook the appointment, no fee will be charged.

We aim to minimise these fees and appreciate your efforts to give us advance notice. For any concerns or special circumstances, please contact us. Thank you for your understanding and support.

 

We accept Cash, PayID, Direct Deposit, and EFTPOS. The remaining balance is due at your last appointment. Please be aware that reports will be released only after the balance is paid.

 

We are happy to assist with rebate claims once full payment of service/s are made. Unfortunately, Medicare does not cover the cost of psychological assessments.

 

Please check with your private health provider to see if psychological services are covered.

 

NDIS fees are $222.99 per hour (plan or self-managed).
