About

Shivani Reddy

[Registered Psychologist]

Hello and welcome! I’m Shivani, and I’m thrilled you’ve found your way here. Let me share a bit about my journey:

With over 17 years of experience in the education sector, both as a teacher and a school counsellor, my career has been profoundly transformative. I’ve had the privilege of teaching in primary schools, supporting students/families of NESB/refugee backgrounds and those with disabilities, across primary and high school settings. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the unique challenges faced by underserved and neurodiverse individuals and have fuelled my passion for psychology.

My work has also extended to private clinics, where I’ve collaborated with private/public schools, paediatricians, GPs, and allied health professionals to assess and diagnose conditions such as Intellectual Disability, Specific Learning Disorders, Autism, and ADHD. I have a particular focus on supporting girls and women on the autism spectrum or those with ADHD, including those with both conditions (or AuDHDers! - a relatively new unofficial term that describes a person who has both autism and ADHD).

My lived experience as someone with ADHD allows me to connect deeply with my clients and understand the difficulties they encounter, fostering a compassionate and empathetic approach to their needs.

I founded Inner Pathways to help people explore their inner world and make a meaningful difference in their lives. I’m excited to embark on this journey with you!
