Location & Telehealth
Level 1, 244 Macquarie Street, Liverpool NSW 2170, inside the WOTSO building. Our entrance is next to Australia Post. Telehealth is available across Australia.
Private assessments or legal reports: no referral required. Medicare-subsidised therapy: GP Mental Health Care Plan required. SIRA / insurance matters: insurer approval required.
Your psychologist will discuss your concerns and goals and work with you on a plan. If you are coming in for an assessment, they will help determine whether one is actually needed, or what the next steps are.
No. In Australia, ADHD medication can only be prescribed by a psychiatrist or medical doctor. Psychologists focus on assessment, diagnosis and therapeutic support, and will refer on if medication is being considered.
We charge $250 per clinician hour, including GST, for every service, and a standard therapy session is $250. Assessments are priced by the hour against a written estimate you receive before anything begins, and family law reports are a fixed fee. Medicare rebates are available for eligible therapy sessions, but assessments are not claimable on Medicare. See our Fees & funding page for the full schedule.
Yes. With a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, you can claim rebates for up to 10 individual therapy sessions per calendar year. Psychological assessments and reports are not claimable on Medicare.
With more than 2 business days' notice there is no charge. With less than 2 business days' notice the fee is 50% of the session, and with less than 24 hours' notice or non-attendance it is 100%. Illness and emergencies are waived on request, and we never charge when a child is unwell or dysregulated on the day.
