Our approach
Evidence the court can rely on.
Inner Pathways provides psychological assessments and reports for family law matters, prepared to the standard the courts expect.
As a Panel Family Consultant with the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, Shivani brings to this work nearly two decades of assessing children and families, first as a teacher, then across more than a decade as a school counsellor and psychologist, and over the past seven years in private practice alongside paediatricians. That developmental and clinical grounding informs every family report, written with independence and impartiality, and a duty first and foremost to assist the court, so that decision makers receive clear, well-reasoned evidence they can rely on.
